Admissions

The INP program attracts a diverse set of students - some want to change careers, others to add to their skillsets, while others are just embarking on their first career. The majority of our students fit within the following target markets:

  • Professional Development
  • Associate Degree Students
  • Career Changes
  • Four-year Transfer Students
  • High School Students

INP Curriculum

The curriculum is divided into two certificate levels.

  • Web Technology Certificate: Provides students with the necessary foundation for an entry-level Internet position
  • Advanced Certificates: Allows students to choose an area of specialization or build on the basic certificate with another set of core courses addressing advanced technologies and concepts; these Advanced Certificates prepare students for a more specialized entry-level Internet position

In addition, students also have the opportunity to obtain an Associate Degree that can transfer to a four-year college or university.

This structure allows students the flexibility to continue to enhance their skills as well as learn new skills by obtaining multiple advanced certificates. In addition, it provides a structure into which new content can be added as the industry evolves.
