Jason Withrow, Professional Faculty
Jason's background includes over 10 years of experience in the web industry, in roles such as Information Architect and Business Systems Analyst. He actively freelances as a web developer and usability specialist.
His educational background includes two Masters degrees, one in Psychology from the University of Akron and the other in Information from the University of Michigan's School of Information.

Kelley Gottschang, Professional Faculty
Kelley is currently a full-time faculty member in the Internet Professional department at Washtenaw Community College where she teaches usability, visual design and information design. As a Front-End Web Designer, her interests lie at the intersection of technology and design and how one informs the other.
Kelley is researching how technology influences visual standards and how "users" determine the media. She is also interested in looking at how the reliance on traditional methods of creativity has not allowed visual designers to claim the Web.
With an MA in Graphic Design and a BA in Anthropology, Kelley has also focused her research on the use of design as a subversive activity in Latin America history.

Tim White, Professional Faculty
Tim is a full-time faculty member in the Internet Professional department, teaching web coding. He has an interest in promoting web standards and semantics, ensuring that web sites are created efficiently and are as flexible as possible.
Before joining the department, Tim worked as a Web Content Developer at Thomson Gale where he promoted web standards and developed highly flexible HTML templates. His diverse interests, skills and experience are well-suited to the philosophy of the INP program.

Part-Time Faculty
Catherine Hayes, Part-Time Faculty
Catherine received a BA in Film & Video Studies from the University of Michigan in 1997. In hopes of finding a video production job after graduation, she instead landed at a small graphic design company in Farmington Hills teaching herself HTML and web design. Over the next year and a half she evolved these skills and helped the company increase their client list by offering web development services.
Catherine went on to become the Production Manager at mlive.com where she oversaw the integration of several features on the site, including live & interactive web cams, up-to-the-minute news streams, live webcasts, email newsletters and a new site design. She also helped develop a web-based content management system for easier maintenance and quick content updates.
Catherine's experience spans many areas of web development, including audio & video production, client-side coding, server-side programming, interface design, collaborative web development and project management. She taught full-time in the INP program from 2000-2003.

Sandro Tuccinardi, Part-Time Faculty
Sandro has been a professor in the information technology field for more than 10 years. He is an Oracle Certified Internet Professional as well as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. In recent years he has focused on web development by providing consulting services to small and medium size firms. He has experience with various technologies such as vb.net, asp.net, PL/SQL, SQL, Java, HTML, XML, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.
Sandro's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University as well as a law degree from McGill University. Sandro's research focus was the development of legal research on the internet.
